Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery delays can occur during peak seasons, weather events, or carrier-specific issues.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL (depending on location and shipping method).
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
Some products may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories. If a restriction applies, you will be notified during checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges applied by the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged:

Please take photos of the package and product, and

Contact us within 48 hours at support@trailerx.com
We will assist with filing a claim and replacing the affected items when possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses cannot be refunded unless returned to us by the carrier.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has entered the shipping process, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us immediately at support@trailerx.com if modifications are needed.
